Simon Bukai
President and CEO
Founder of Vista BPO Simon has over 24 years of experience serving the health insurance & BPO industry. His original focus was on the payer side through corporate health carrier sales. With those strong years of service and the utilization of technology Simon partnered and developed one of the first private health exchanges that focused on Government subsidized healthcare programs. To service the needs of the growing Health exchange business VistaBPO was founded.
William Friedman
SVP of Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining VistaBPO, Bill was Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales for Health Republic Insurance of New York. At the largest CO-OP Health Insurance Carrier in the nation, Bill led sales operations, broker relations, strategic sales planning and marketing. He designed, developed and implemented the sales methodology leading to the company’s growth from Start-Up to a Billion dollar plus organization.
Prior to joining Health Republic Bill was Senior Vice President of Sales at Easy Choice Health Plan of New York where he was instrumental in the launch of the company’s Medicare Advantage products.
Bill has a deep understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies in the health payer world and as a C-Suite executive with various Health Plans he has intimate knowledge of the challenges faced by the industry in the post PPACA healthcare landscape.
Shanida Jover
Operations Manager
Shanida is a contact center professional with over 10 years focusing on technical support programs for fortune 500 organizations. Her strength has always been on the creation of programs devised to increase consumer satisfaction.
Shanida has been with VistaBPO since 2010, ensuring that the company and its team members are educated and compliant with the most up-to-date federal and state mandates as well as carrier policies and procedures. As Manager of Operations she is responsible for the smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the organization’s service delivery.
Michael Bunkin
Director of Application Development and Systems Integration
Michael is a veteran system architect and software developer with over 20 years of professional achievement. He possesses deep knowledge and experience in the health payer industry, and remains current on cutting edge technology to bring ideas to life in the most optimal and cost effective manner. His expertise encompasses system architecture, database design, high and low level development of server and client-side applications, as well as server administration and optimization. Michael is responsible for providing integration, development and consulting services for VistaBPO. He is a perfectionist both in his IT work and his ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Julia Michry
Director of Branding and User Experience
Julia has leveraged her lifelong love of art and design into 15-year career as a senior design professional. She has utilized her talent to help high profile clients and publications in various mediums including print, digital, and user interface design. Julia earned her BA in Graphic Design in just three years from New York’s School of Visual Arts, graduating with honors. She is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks), Sketch, Dreamweaver and Power Point. Most recently, Julia was in charge of Tablet design for People magazine. She also utilized her skills to assist the renowned firm, Rossul Design, where she helped create various websites and applications. In addition, Julia excels in branding, corporate identity creation and the creation of logos.
Julia has a proven track record as a graphic design leader. Her visionary leadership in branding and in campaign creation is a tremendous asset to VistaBPO and our customers.
